Terry Pratchett's Unseen Academicals is a two-part television adaptation of the book of the same name by Terry Pratchett produced by The Mob, which will be first broadcast on Sky1, and in high definition on Sky1 HD. Filming is set to take place in 2011. [1]
It is the fourth in a series of adaptations, following Terry Pratchett's Hogfather, Terry Pratchett's The Colour of Magic and Terry Pratchett's Going Postal.
The staff of the Unseen University of Wizardry are forced into playing a game of football, without using magic, in order to secure a large financial endowment. As the local version of the game is so violent, the head of the university - Archchancellor Mustrum Ridcully - helps to set up proper rules and forms a university team, which includes the university's orangutan librarian in goal.
